Phil is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist. He has been providing mortgage planning services since 1986. He joined Clarion Mortgage in 1997 and moved to a “sister” company called Catalyst Lending early in 2008. He provides FHA- insured financing, along with a vast array of conventional and VA-guaranteed mortgage programs.
